August 2016: Phase One - Trojan Women Project team worked for three weeks with members of Amrita Performing Arts in Phnom Penh.
* January/February 2018: Phase Two - Trojan Women Project team will return for five weeks to help Amrita Performing Arts and associated artists in a recreation of La MaMa’s The Trojan Women, to be performed in Phnom Penh and a second venue, to be decided.
* TBA: Phase Three - The Khmer company will continue the work, touring provinces throughout the country, performing, and creating opportunities for discussions and workshops with local communities.
***May, 2017: Rady Nget, a dancer, teacher and Amrita company-member who had worked with the Trojan Women Project, performed in the LaMaMa Moves Festival in New York, and gave a workshop to members of the Great Jones Repertory in traditional Cambodian dance.
This kind of on-going exchange is the prototype of Trojan Women Project - Phase Four.
